Returns
While we hope your purchase brings style and enjoyment to your home, we understand that sometimes that may not be the case. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee for purchases made through www.pendulux.com* Please note, we don't accept returns on sales items. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Last Call items are at final pricing and are not subject to additional discounts.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to facilitate the exchange of your www.pendulux.com purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact us at info@pendulux.com with your original order number to initiate the process. Items must be in the original packaging for us to accept an exchange. For exchanges requested within 14-days of receiving your purchase, we will provide a pre-paid FedEx ground shipping label via email so that you can send back your original purchase. A new order will be created, and shipped with free freight. If the new item exceeds the cost of the item returned, we will require a credit card to complete the exchange service.
If there are changes to your delivery address, or speed in delivery after an order has shipped, you are responsible for the associated costs in delivery. This fee-structure also includes undeliverable or refused freight shipments.
RETURNS
To initiate a return for an order placed at www.pendulux.com, please email info@pendulux.com with your original order number. For returns requested within 14-days of receiving your purchase, we will provide a FedEx ground pre-paid shipping label via email so that you can send back your original purchase. Items must be in the original packaging for us to accept a return and process a refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial purchase once the items are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within one business day of receipt by our warehouse. Please note: refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your credit card statement. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced immediately or a refund will be given if preferred. Please keep the item in its original packaging and contact our office at info@pendulux.com promptly to report a problem.OUR PROMISE

*If you need to exchange an item purchased through a retailer or other ecommerce site, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased to initiate a return or exchange. We are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges without a valid www.pendulux.com receipt.
